Ticket Sales, Exchange and Return Policy.
Events created and publicized through the website www.cebis.org.br are the sole responsibility of the Organizers, who are solely responsible for establishing the conditions for the sale, holding and cancellation of events. Our conditions follow:
1. TICKETS SALE
Ticket sales for events generally start on the event page published by the Organizer. The Consumer will choose the desired tickets, as well as the payment method, considering the available options, and then finalize the order.
1.1. The Organizer only uses the payment methods available on the platform to sell tickets paid for on this website.
The organizer will never indicate other means of payment (e.g.: transfer between bank accounts), or create “free tickets”.
1.2. After confirmation of payment approval, made by Wix financial intermediary, you will receive an email with your ticket.
1.3. For security, purchases made using a credit card that require confirmation or additional validation may go through the in-depth analysis process, and approval may be pending until the end of this analysis, which deadline is 72 (seventy-two) hours after the purchase. .
2. ACHIEVEMENT
The events published on our website will be held at the Ilhéus Convention Center in the city of Ilhéus, Bahia, according to the date and time informed on our website, which may be subject to change for the greater comfort of participants.
3. RETURN OR EXCHANGE
3.1 In case of regret about the purchase or exchange, the refund of the ticket value will only be made if the request is made within a period of up to 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of purchase, and as long as the return request is made with , at most, 48 (forty-eight) hours in advance of the event start time. This request must be made by the purchaser via email: cebis@cebis.org.br.
